Russell "Rusty" Schweickart is a retired aeronautical engineer, NASA astronaut, research scientist, US Air Force fighter pilot, and co-founder of the B612 Foundation. As the Lunar Module Pilot for NASA's 1969 Apollo 9 mission, he performed the first in-space test of the portable life support system later used by the first astronauts to walk on the Moon. 

Steve Smith is a technology executive and former NASA astronaut. He has traveled more than 16 million miles over the course of four spaceflights and spent a total of 49 hours and 25 minutes in the vacuum of space over seven spacewalks.

Nicole Stott is an engineer and former NASA astronaut. She served as a flight engineer on ISS Expedition 20 and Expedition 21 and was a mission specialist on STS-128 and STS-133. She lived on the International Space Station (ISS) twice, spending a total of 104 days in space. 

Dr. Ed Lu is a physicist, former NASA astronaut, program manager of Google's Advanced Projects Team, and co-founder and Executive Director of B612 Foundation. He flew on two Space Shuttle flights, and lived aboard the ISS for six months.

Anousheh Ansari is an engineer, space explorer, and entrepreneur. On September 18, 2006, she became the first Iranian person in space, the fourth overall self-funded spaceflight participant, and the first self-funded woman to fly to the ISS.
